Shipping policy

Local pickup

Detroit customers can select free pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within [24 hours]. Orders are held for 14 days.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Glass and breakage

Our bottles are packed with care. If anything arrives damaged, email info@mockeryzeroproof.com within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging and we’ll make it right.

Delays and lost packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier’s control. If tracking shows delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days and we’ll file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
